# How to Unstake from JacksonLP

## Step-by-Step Instructions

### Step 1: Connect and Select Your Wallet

Visit the JacksonLP platform and click “Connect Wallet.” Authorize the connection with your preferred wallet (e.g., Slush Wallet).

### Step 2: Navigate to JacksonLP

Locate the “JacksonLP” section on the platform’s dashboard and click to access the staking interface.

### Step 3: Input Unstaking Amount

Enter the amount of JacksonLP to unstake, which will be converted to wJacksonLP, upon confirmation, click “Unstake."

Ensure your wallet has sufficient funds to cover the staking amount and the network gas fee, which varies based on blockchain activity. Also make sure that the asset is in your wallet not deposited for games.&#x20;

Reminder: There is a 15-minute waiting period after staking JacksonLP before you can convert it into other assets such as SUI

### Step 4: Convert wJacksonLP

Choose the currency to convert wJacksonLP into (e.g., SUI or other supported tokens), enter the amount, and click “Unstake.” Review the signature request in your wallet and confirm the transaction.

Upon completion, check the “Transaction History” section on the platform to view your unstake record.

## Troubleshooting

* **Wallet Not Connecting:** Ensure your wallet is unlocked and supported. Try switching browsers or reconnecting.
* **Unstaking Not Available:** Verify the 15-minute waiting period has passed since unstaking your JacksonLP.
* **Transaction Failed:** Check currency compatibility and network status. Contact our moderators on Telegram with transaction details.
