Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: April 13, 2025
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before accessing or using the Jackson.io platform. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Jackson.io Limited. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately refrain from accessing or using the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Binding Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jackson.io platform, which includes all related websites, mobile or web applications, smart contracts, blockchain integrations, and services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), provided by Jackson.io Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, with its registered office at Mandar House, 3rd Floor, Johnson's Ghut, Tortola (hereinafter referred to as "Jackson", "We", "Us", or "Our"). Jackson.io Limited operates under an Anjouan iGaming License issued by the Anjouan Gaming Board, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory standards for online gaming operations.
By accessing, interacting with, or using the Platform in any capacity—whether as a Player, Liquidity Provider (LP), Contributor, or any other participant—you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies, guidelines, rules, or notices referenced herein or made available through the Platform, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and Jackson.io Limited, and your use of the Platform signifies your unconditional acceptance of this agreement.
1.2 Electronic Consent via Smart Contract
Your acceptance of these Terms may be evidenced through electronic means as part of your interaction with the Platform. Specifically, you may be required to digitally sign a smart contract or execute a cryptographic transaction on the Platform to indicate your agreement to these Terms prior to participating in any games, staking activities, or other services. Such on-chain actions, including but not limited to digital signatures, wallet authorizations, or transaction confirmations, are intended to be legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. By completing such actions, you provide formal and irrefutable consent to these Terms, and such consent will be recorded on the Sui blockchain for transparency and immutability.
1.3 Capacity and Authority
By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant the following:
You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction for participating in online gaming, decentralized finance (DeFi), and cryptocurrency activities, whichever is higher, and you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with Jackson.io Limited.
You are not under any legal disability, restriction, or prohibition that would prevent you from entering into this agreement or engaging in the activities offered by the Platform.
If you are acting on behalf of an organization, corporation, or other legal entity, you are duly authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and in such cases, "you" and "your" as used in these Terms shall refer to that entity.
Your use of the Platform, including but not limited to participating in games, staking assets, or contributing to the ecosystem, is not prohibited under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction, nor are you restricted by any court order, regulatory action, or contractual obligation from engaging in such activities.
You have the technical knowledge and resources necessary to safely interact with blockchain-based platforms, including the ability to securely manage a cryptocurrency wallet and understand the risks associated with decentralized systems.
Failure to meet any of these conditions voids your right to use the Platform, and any such unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of your access and potential legal action.
2. Changes to Terms and Services
2.1 Right to Modify Terms

3.3 Compliance with Applicable Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, and rules in your jurisdiction when accessing or using the Platform, including but not limited to those related to online gaming, financial transactions, digital assets, anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), anti-corruption, data protection, and taxation. You represent and warrant that any funds or assets used on the Platform are derived from lawful sources and are not proceeds of illegal activities, such as fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform if we reasonably suspect that your activities violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms. We may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities in investigating such violations and may disclose your information as required by law or to protect our rights and the integrity of the Platform.
3.4 Sanctions and Restricted Parties
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are not a person or entity subject to any economic or trade sanctions, nor are you listed on any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, the British Virgin Islands, or any other relevant governmental authority. You further confirm that you are not located in, a citizen of, or resident of a sanctioned jurisdiction, and you are not acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any sanctioned individual, entity, or government. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are in breach of this clause, we may take immediate action, including but not limited to freezing any assets associated with your use of the Platform that are held within our smart contracts, suspending or terminating your access, and reporting your account and activities to the relevant authorities. We may also pursue any other legal remedies available to us under applicable law.
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification
You acknowledge that we may, at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law, implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, anti-money laundering checks, or other identity and country verification processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to prevent fraud, money laundering, or other illicit activities. Such processes may include requiring you to submit personal information, such as your full name, date of birth, address, nationality, and government-issued identification documents (e.g., passport, driver’s license), as well as proof of your wallet ownership or source of funds. You agree to promptly provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documentation as requested for these purposes. Failure or refusal to comply with these requirements within the specified timeframe may result in the restriction, suspension, or termination of your access to the Platform. Any personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. We may also engage third-party service providers to assist with KYC and AML compliance, and you consent to the sharing of your information with such providers for these purposes.
4. Account and Wallet Management
4.1 Digital Wallet Requirement and Smart Contract-Based Fund Management
The Platform operates exclusively on the Sui blockchain, and usage requires connection and interaction through a compatible digital cryptocurrency wallet that supports the Sui network, such as Suiet Wallet, Sui Wallet, OKX Wallet, or Phantom. You are solely responsible for setting up, maintaining, and securing your wallet, including safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or other security credentials associated with your wallet. We do not have access to or control over your wallet credentials, and we cannot recover or reset them on your behalf.
Core Fund Management Mechanism: When you participate in games, provide liquidity, or engage in other activities on the Platform, you will deposit your digital assets from your personal wallet into designated smart contracts provided by Jackson.io and deployed on the Sui blockchain, such as the Liquidity Pool (JacksonLP) contract or specific game balance management contracts. During your participation in platform activities, these assets will be managed by the respective smart contracts according to their coded rules.
Smart Contract Security and Transparency: The platform smart contracts used for managing user funds are audited by independent third-party security firms to ensure their integrity and security. Their operational logic and transaction history are publicly transparent and verifiable on the Sui blockchain, providing a high level of accountability. These contracts automatically execute all operations based on pre-set rules, including game logic, LP share calculations, fee deductions, and fund transfers, without requiring manual intervention from us.
User Withdrawal Process and Control: When you wish to withdraw your share of assets held within the platform’s smart contracts, you must initiate a withdrawal request via your personal wallet and authorize the transaction with your wallet signature. The smart contract will verify and process your request, which may involve specific mechanisms such as the WJacksonLP NFT conversion and a mandatory 15-minute cooldown period for LP unstaking (as detailed in the Liquidity Provider Participation section). Upon successful processing, the corresponding assets will be transferred from the platform contract back to your designated personal wallet address.
Distinction from Traditional Centralized Custody: Unlike traditional centralized financial platforms that hold user funds in opaque, company-controlled accounts, Jackson.io’s model leverages blockchain technology to offer enhanced operational transparency, automated execution governed by code, and user control over withdrawals. While your assets reside within the platform’s smart contracts during participation, you retain the ability to initiate withdrawals directly to your personal wallet, distinguishing this model from centralized custody arrangements.
Your Security Responsibility: You remain solely responsible for securing your personal wallet and its credentials. If you lose access to your wallet due to forgotten credentials, compromised private keys, seed phrase exposure, or a security breach (e.g., hacking), we cannot recover your wallet, access any assets within it, or reverse transactions on the blockchain resulting from such incidents. Any resulting loss of funds, whether held in your wallet or within platform smart contracts, is entirely your responsibility, and we shall not be liable for such losses.
4.2 Account Registration (If Applicable)
The Platform may permit or require you to create a user profile or account in addition to connecting a wallet, for purposes such as setting a username, tracking your activity, or accessing specific features like leaderboards, community interactions, or personalized settings. If account registration is required, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your email address, username, and any other requested details. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. You must not impersonate any person or entity, use false information, or select a username that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or reclaim usernames that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion. You acknowledge that creating an account does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property associated with the Platform, and your account may be terminated at our discretion as outlined in the Suspension and Termination section.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account (if applicable) or via your authorized wallet connection. You agree to implement reasonable security measures to protect your account and wallet, including but not limited to:
Safeguarding your login credentials, private keys, and seed phrases, and not sharing them with any third party.
Enabling security features such as two-factor authentication (2FA) or multi-signature functionality, where available, to enhance the security of your account and wallet.
Using strong, unique passwords for your account and wallet, and regularly updating them.
Securing the devices you use to access the Platform to prevent unauthorized access, such as by using up-to-date antivirus software and avoiding public or unsecured networks.
Monitoring your account and wallet for suspicious activity and immediately reporting any unauthorized access or use to us at support@jackson.io.
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect the Platform, including encryption, secure socket layer (SSL) technology, and regular security audits. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats, such as hacking, phishing, or other cyberattacks. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, theft, loss of digital assets, or other damages resulting from your failure to secure your account, wallet, or devices, or from any security breach that occurs despite our reasonable efforts to protect the Platform. You acknowledge that the decentralized nature of blockchain technology inherently involves risks, and you accept these risks as part of your use of the Platform.
5. Nature of the Platform and Services
5.1 Decentralized Gaming Interaction Platform
Jackson.io operates as a decentralized matchmaking platform on the Sui blockchain, facilitating online games of chance, skill-based interactions, and other interactive experiences (collectively referred to as "Games"). The Platform enables the matching of Players with a communal liquidity pool funded by Liquidity Providers (the "JacksonLP"), which serves as the counterparty for game outcomes. Results of all Games are determined by autonomous smart contracts on the Sui blockchain and/or secure random number generation (RNG) systems, ensuring that outcomes are generated fairly, transparently, and without external manipulation. We act as a neutral intermediary, providing the technological infrastructure for Games without taking a direct financial interest in game outcomes. Settlements are executed automatically via smart contracts between Players and the liquidity pool, or through platform-managed balance updates based on verifiable RNG outcomes, ensuring impartiality and trustlessness.
5.2 No Advice or Participation in User Bets
All decisions made by users on the Platform—whether to participate in a Game, stake assets as a Liquidity Provider, or engage in any other activity—are made voluntarily at your sole discretion and risk. We do not provide gaming advice, financial advice, investment advice, or recommendations to engage in placing bets, staking, or any other transactions. Any information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to game rules, statistics, probability analyses, market data, or predictive insights (e.g., those generated by JacksonChat), is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute advice, an endorsement, or an invitation to engage in any specific activity. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and merits of any action you take on the Platform.
Neither we, nor our employees, affiliates, agents, or representatives, may participate in Games on the Platform with privileged access or information, nor may we manipulate game outcomes in favor of or against any user. We are committed to maintaining neutrality and fairness, and any attempt by our personnel to interfere with game outcomes would constitute a breach of our internal policies and applicable laws, subject to investigation and disciplinary action.
5.3 Supported Assets
The Platform supports bets, liquidity provision (staking), and other transactions in certain cryptocurrencies and digital tokens compatible with the Sui blockchain, including but not limited to SUI, USDC, WBTC, WETH, and JacksonLP tokens. We reserve the right to determine, add, or remove supported digital assets at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, based on factors such as market conditions, regulatory requirements, technical compatibility, or platform stability. We may also impose limits on the amount of any asset that can be used for bets, staked, or otherwise transacted on the Platform—whether per transaction, per user, or in aggregate—to manage risk, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, or maintain the operational integrity of the Platform. Any changes to supported assets or transaction limits will be communicated through the Platform interface, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
5.4 Smart Contracts and Automation
The core functionality of the Platform, including fund management for games, liquidity pools, and other services, is implemented through smart contracts deployed on the Sui blockchain. By using the Platform, you instruct and authorize these smart contracts to manage your deposited funds according to their predefined rules, which are publicly verifiable on the blockchain. These rules govern critical operations such as:
Depositing and withdrawing funds to and from game balance smart contracts or the JacksonLP pool.
Executing game logic, determining outcomes, and settling bets automatically.
Managing staking and unstaking processes for Liquidity Providers, including the issuance and redemption of JacksonLP tokens and WJacksonLP NFTs.
Calculating and deducting applicable fees, such as the Fairness Fee or unstaking fees.
While individual game round settlements may be processed efficiently through internal platform systems (e.g., off-chain balance updates for Gas efficiency), the outcomes governing these settlements rely on verifiable randomness (as detailed in the Fairness and Randomness Verification section). The ultimate deposit into and withdrawal from the Platform are executed via on-chain smart contract interactions initiated by you, ensuring transparency and immutability. Once an on-chain smart contract transaction, such as a deposit, bet confirmation, or withdrawal, is confirmed on the Sui blockchain, it is generally irreversible due to the nature of blockchain technology. You must exercise due diligence and verify your actions before confirming any such transaction, as we cannot undo, modify, or reverse confirmed transactions on the Sui blockchain, even in cases of user error, fraud, or unauthorized access.
6. Player Participation and Game Rules
6.1 Becoming a Player
Any user who meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3 (Eligibility and Compliance), possesses a supported Sui network wallet, and has sufficient funds may participate on the Platform as a Player. To become a Player, you must:
Connect your Sui-compatible wallet to the Platform and agree to these Terms.
Deposit supported assets (e.g., SUI, USDC, WBTC, WETH) into the relevant platform smart contract to fund your game balance, as described in Section 4.1.
Select a Game from the available options on the Platform and place bets using your managed balance within the smart contract.
Potentially receive rewards based on game outcomes, which are credited to your contract balance and can be withdrawn back to your personal wallet via an on-chain transaction.
Your participation as a Player is voluntary, and you acknowledge that all game outcomes are determined by automated systems and carry inherent risks of financial loss, as detailed in Section 12 (Assumption of Risk).
6.2 Game Rules and Instructions
Each Game offered on the Platform has specific rules, guidelines, mechanics, and payout structures, which are published on the Platform’s website, within the game interface, or in related documentation accessible via the Platform or JacksonChat. These rules may include details such as minimum and maximum bet amounts, payout ratios, fairness mechanisms, and any special conditions or restrictions applicable to the Game. You are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding these rules prior to participating in any Game. By placing a bet or otherwise engaging in a Game, you agree to be bound by its specific rules, which govern the gameplay mechanics and outcomes. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Game-specific rules, these Terms shall govern your relationship with us, while the Game-specific rules shall govern the gameplay mechanics and dispute resolution related to that Game. We reserve the right to modify Game rules at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.
6.3 Placing Bets and Fund Handling
To participate in a specific Game, you must first ensure that you have a sufficient available balance of the required supported asset within the relevant platform smart contract, typically achieved via an initial on-chain deposit as described in Section 4.1. The process for placing bets is as follows:
Specify Bet Details: Within the game interface, you will input the bet amount for the game interaction and any necessary parameters (e.g., selecting a multiplier in Dice or choosing a card in Baccarat) as dictated by the Game rules.
Confirm Your Action: Upon confirming your bet via the Platform interface, the system will record your bet and deduct the specified amount from your available balance held within the platform’s smart contract. This process is designed for efficiency and Gas fee savings, typically not requiring you to sign a separate on-chain transaction for each individual bet, unlike the initial deposit into or final withdrawal from the platform contract.
Accuracy of Bet Details: You must ensure that all parameters, bet amounts, and selections are correct before confirming your action. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your errors, misunderstandings, or failure to review the Game rules or interface instructions.
Bets recorded by the system are generally final and cannot be altered or canceled once confirmed, except in cases of verifiable Platform errors as outlined in Section 6.5 (No Refunds on Completed Games).
6.4 Game Outcomes, Balance Updates, and Reward Withdrawal
After your bet is recorded, the outcome of the game interaction will be determined by the Platform’s fairness systems (as detailed in Section 8):
Outcome Determination and Balance Update: Following the determination of the game outcome, your balance within the platform smart contract will be updated automatically based on the Game rules. If your bet results in a successful return (i.e., a win), the corresponding amount, less applicable fees such as the 3% Fairness Fee, will be credited to your contract balance. If the bet is unsuccessful (i.e., a loss), the bet amount is deducted from your balance and contributes to the JacksonLP pool or counterparty per the Platform’s design. These balance updates are typically processed efficiently by the Platform’s internal systems based on the verifiable random outcome, minimizing Gas fees for individual game rounds.
Reward Withdrawal (Cash Out): The accumulated available balance held within the platform smart contract, resulting from your initial deposits plus net rewards from game interactions, can be withdrawn back to your personal wallet at any time, subject to any minimum withdrawal requirements or temporary restrictions (e.g., during settlement cycles or Platform maintenance). To withdraw, you must initiate the process through the Platform interface, which will prompt your wallet for signature authorization to transfer the specified amount from the platform contract address to your personal wallet address. All withdrawals require blockchain confirmation on the Sui network, incurring Gas fees payable by you. We are not responsible for delays or failures in withdrawal due to network congestion, insufficient Gas, or other blockchain-related issues.
6.5 No Refunds on Completed Games
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms or specific Game rules, bets are non-refundable, and outcomes resulting in balance changes are non-reversible once a Game round is completed and the result is determined and recorded by the Platform. This applies even in cases of user error, dissatisfaction with the outcome, or changes in personal circumstances. If you believe a Game was faulty, did not operate according to its published rules, or was affected by a Platform error (e.g., a bug in the smart contract or RNG system), you must notify us promptly at support@jackson.io with detailed evidence of the issue, including transaction IDs, timestamps, and screenshots where applicable. We will investigate such claims at our sole discretion and, if a verifiable error is confirmed, may provide an equitable remedy, which may include voiding the bet, refunding the bet amount to your contract balance, or offering alternative compensation. Any such remedies are at our discretion, and our decision is final. We are not obligated to provide refunds or remedies for issues caused by user error, network issues, or factors outside our control, and our liability in such cases is limited as per Section 13 (Limitation of Liability).
6.6 Player Conduct
As a Player, you agree to participate fairly and in good faith, adhering to the following conduct guidelines:
You will not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or exploitation of bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the Platform, smart contracts, or Games.
You will not use unauthorized bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate gameplay, gain an unfair advantage, or interfere with the integrity of the Platform.
You will not engage in fraudulent activities, such as using stolen funds, engaging in money laundering, or attempting to manipulate game outcomes through illicit means.
You will not harass, abuse, or threaten other users, nor post or transmit content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate within the Platform’s community features (if applicable).
You will not attempt to bypass any Platform restrictions, such as geo-blocking, rate limits, or account suspensions, through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools.
We reserve the right to monitor user activity and investigate suspected violations of these conduct guidelines. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in prohibited conduct, we may take appropriate action, including but not limited to issuing warnings, suspending or terminating your access, voiding bets, confiscating illicit gains, or pursuing legal remedies. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigations and to provide any requested information or evidence.
6.7 Responsible Game Interaction
You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with participating in online games of chance, including the potential for financial loss and the risk of developing gaming-related addiction. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and encourage you to participate responsibly, using only funds you can afford to lose for placing bets. To support responsible gaming, we may provide tools or features, such as self-limitation options (e.g., setting deposit or bet limits), self-exclusion mechanisms, or links to resources for problem gaming support. If you believe you may have a gaming problem, we strongly encourage you to seek help from professional organizations, such as Gamblers Anonymous, and to utilize any available self-exclusion tools. You agree that we are not liable for any losses, damages, or personal harm resulting from your gaming activities, and your participation is at your own risk.
6.8 Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your participation on the Platform, including but not limited to taxes on betting activities, winnings, staking rewards, or other transactions. This includes income taxes, capital gains taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or any other applicable levies in your jurisdiction. We do not provide tax withholding, reporting, or advisory services unless explicitly required by law, and we are not responsible for calculating or remitting taxes on your behalf. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified tax professional to ensure compliance with your local tax laws. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, penalties, or liabilities arising from your failure to comply with applicable tax obligations.
7. Liquidity Provider (JacksonLP) Participation
7.1 Becoming a Liquidity Provider
You may participate as a Liquidity Provider ("JacksonLP" or "LP") by staking supported digital assets, such as SUI, USDC, WBTC, or WETH, into the Platform’s liquidity pool smart contract ("Liquidity Pool") on the Sui blockchain. The Liquidity Pool funds Games and facilitates player payouts, with LPs collectively acting as the counterparty to players’ bets, bearing associated risks and potentially sharing in the rewards proportionally based on their stake. To become an LP, you must:
Meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3 (Eligibility and Compliance).
Connect a Sui-compatible wallet with sufficient supported assets to the Platform.
Follow the staking process outlined in the “JacksonLP Liquidity Provision Solution” section of the Platform documentation, which involves depositing assets into the JacksonLP smart contract and receiving JacksonLP tokens in return.
Acknowledge and accept the risks associated with liquidity provision, as detailed in Section 7.3 (No Guarantee of Profit) and Section 12 (Assumption of Risk).
You may participate as a Player, LP, Contributor, or any combination thereof, subject to compliance with these Terms.
7.2 Liquidity Pool Smart Contract and Obligations
When you stake assets as an LP, they are transferred to and managed by the JacksonLP smart contract on the Sui blockchain. The contract uses the pooled funds to facilitate Game payouts to Players and receives funds from unsuccessful player bets, net of fees, as part of the Platform’s revenue model. Your stake grants you a proportional share of the Pool’s exposure to Game outcomes, as represented by your JacksonLP tokens. By staking assets, you agree to the following obligations:
You confirm that the assets you stake are legally owned by you, free of any liens, encumbrances, or third-party claims, and are not derived from illegal activities.
You will not use the Liquidity Pool for illicit purposes, such as money laundering, terrorism financing, or other unlawful activities, and you will comply with all applicable laws as outlined in Section 3.3 (Compliance with Applicable Laws).
You are responsible for ensuring that your participation as an LP complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, including any licensing or tax requirements related to DeFi activities.
You will adhere to any additional LP guidelines, policies, or restrictions that we may announce through the Platform, which may include minimum or maximum staking amounts, temporary lock-up periods, or other operational rules.
You acknowledge that the Platform may adjust the asset composition of the Liquidity Pool at its discretion (e.g., rebalancing between stablecoins and volatile assets) to manage risk and optimize performance, and your continued participation constitutes consent to such adjustments.
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the suspension or termination of your LP participation, forfeiture of your stake, or other actions as outlined in Section 15 (Suspension and Termination).
7.3 No Guarantee of Profit
Providing liquidity to the JacksonLP pool is inherently risky, and there is no guarantee of profit or return on your stake. You may lose some or all of your staked assets due to the following risks:
Game Outcome Risk: If Players collectively win more than they lose from their bets, the Liquidity Pool’s total value decreases, causing a proportional loss to your share as an LP. This risk is inherent in the Platform’s design, where LPs act as the counterparty to Player bets.
Market Volatility Risk: The value of the assets in the Liquidity Pool, such as SUI, WBTC, or WETH, may fluctuate due to market conditions, potentially reducing the net asset value (NAV) of your JacksonLP tokens.
Smart Contract Risk: Bugs, vulnerabilities, or exploits in the smart contract could result in the loss of funds, despite our efforts to audit and secure the contract.
Regulatory Risk: Changes in laws or regulations may impact the operation of the Liquidity Pool or your ability to participate as an LP, potentially leading to losses or restrictions on withdrawals.
Past performance of the Liquidity Pool or the Platform does not guarantee future results, and you accept the risk of total loss of your staked assets. You should only stake funds that you are prepared to lose, and you are encouraged to conduct thorough due diligence before participating as an LP.
7.4 LP Settlement and Updates
The Platform calculates the profit and loss (P/L) of the Liquidity Pool and updates LP shares via a dynamic settlement mechanism ("Settlement Cycles") that operates frequently to ensure accurate reflection of the Pool’s value. The settlement process uses real-time oracle prices (e.g., from Pyth) and may be triggered under the following conditions:
Periodic Updates: The Platform automatically updates the Pool’s NAV approximately every hour to reflect changes in asset values and game outcomes.
User-Initiated Triggers: Settlement may be triggered when a user requests to unstake or withdraw assets, requiring the Pool to update its state to calculate the redemption value.
Random or Strategic Triggers: The Platform may randomly or strategically trigger updates based on internal algorithms to ensure fairness and accuracy, such as during high volatility periods or significant user activity.
During a Settlement Cycle:
If the Pool realizes a net profit (e.g., from unsuccessful player bets exceeding payouts, net of fees), the NAV of JacksonLP tokens increases, benefiting LPs proportionally.
If the Pool incurs a net loss (e.g., from player winnings exceeding unsuccessful bets, net of fees), the NAV of JacksonLP tokens decreases, resulting in a proportional loss for LPs.
Gains or losses are finalized only upon settlement, and your JacksonLP token balance reflects your real-time share of the Pool’s NAV. We reserve the right to adjust the timing, frequency, or methodology of Settlement Cycles as necessary to maintain Platform stability, with or without prior notice, as outlined in Section 2.2 (Changes to Services).
7.5 Staking of Staked Assets (SUI on Mysten-1)
You acknowledge and consent that a portion of the SUI tokens staked into the Liquidity Pool may be automatically staked by us on the Sui network to earn staking rewards, which support the network’s stability and contribute to Platform operations. For example, SUI may be staked with validators such as "Mysten-1." These staking rewards are retained by Jackson.io Limited to fund operational costs, such as infrastructure maintenance, development, and marketing, and are not credited to the Liquidity Pool or distributed to LPs. This arrangement complements the current 0% staking fee and helps sustain the Platform’s operations. By staking assets into the Liquidity Pool, you agree to this secondary deployment of SUI and the retention of staking rewards by us, provided that the principal SUI remains available for liquidity purposes. You accept any associated staking risks, such as validator downtime, slashing penalties, or network issues, which may impact the Pool’s value.
7.6 LP Fees and Charges
The following fees and charges apply to Liquidity Providers:
Staking (Deposit) Fee: We currently charge a 0% fee when you stake assets into the Liquidity Pool. However, this fee is subject to dynamic adjustments based on pool capital utilization, total value locked (TVL), or profitability metrics. For example, if the Pool’s TVL becomes excessive relative to its revenue efficiency (e.g., low capital utilization rate), the staking fee may increase incrementally (e.g., by 0.1% per day) until utilization metrics stabilize. The effective staking fee will always be clearly displayed on the Platform interface prior to your staking transaction.
Unstaking (Withdrawal) Fee: We charge a fixed fee of 0.1% on the amount withdrawn (unstaked) from the Liquidity Pool, deducted automatically upon redemption of your assets using the WJacksonLP NFT process. This fee supports Platform operations and helps mitigate the impact of large withdrawals on pool stability.
Gas Fees: You are responsible for paying Sui network Gas fees for all on-chain transactions related to staking and unstaking, including the initial deposit, token exchange for WJacksonLP NFT, and final redemption of assets.
We may adjust LP fees at our discretion as outlined in Section 2.2 (Changes to Services). Any fee changes will be communicated through the Platform interface, apply prospectively, and will not be retroactive. The current 0% staking fee is promotional and may be modified based on operational needs or market conditions.
7.7 Withdrawal and Lock-Up Periods
You may generally request to unstake your assets from the Liquidity Pool at any time via the Platform or directly through the smart contract, subject to the WJacksonLP NFT process and the mandatory 15-minute cooldown period (as detailed in the “JacksonLP Liquidity Provision Solution” section). However, withdrawals may be subject to temporary restrictions under the following circumstances:
Settlement Cycle Processing: Withdrawals may be delayed during active Settlement Cycles to ensure accurate calculation of the Pool’s NAV.
Cooldown Period: The mandatory 15-minute cooldown after exchanging JacksonLP tokens for a WJacksonLP NFT is designed to prevent front-running and mitigate oracle price risks.
Future Lock-Up Periods: We may introduce minimum holding periods or temporary lock-ups in the future to manage liquidity and stabilize the Pool, which will be communicated in advance.
Extraordinary Circumstances: Withdrawals may be restricted due to security threats, suspected fraud, regulatory actions, or Platform maintenance, as outlined in Section 15 (Suspension and Termination).
Immediate withdrawal is not guaranteed under all conditions, and you acknowledge that delays or restrictions may occur. Any funds held in the Liquidity Pool during such restrictions will generally remain accessible once the restriction is lifted, unless otherwise restricted due to legal or security concerns.
7.8 No Partnership or Employment
Your participation as a Liquidity Provider does not establish any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and Jackson.io Limited. You act solely for your own account and at your own risk, and you are not entitled to any rights, benefits, or obligations typically associated with such relationships, such as profit-sharing agreements beyond the NAV appreciation of JacksonLP tokens, employee benefits, or fiduciary duties.
8. Fairness and Randomness Verification
8.1 Commitment to Fair Play
We are committed to ensuring that all Games on the Platform are fair, unbiased, and transparent, providing Players with confidence in the integrity of game outcomes. To achieve this, we implement robust randomness generation and verification mechanisms, leveraging both blockchain technology and cryptographic techniques to ensure impartiality.
8.2 Dual Fairness Verification Mechanisms
The Platform employs a dual-mode system for fairness verification, allowing us to balance efficiency, transparency, and user trust:
Server-Based RNG with Provably Fair Verification:
Process: This method uses a cryptographically secure random number generator (RNG) hosted on our servers to determine game outcomes efficiently, minimizing Gas fees for Players. The RNG combines a secret Server Seed (generated by the Platform and hashed before the game round), a user-provided Client Seed (input by the Player), and a public Nonce (a unique identifier for the game round). After the game round, the Server Seed is revealed, allowing Players to verify that the outcome was not manipulated.
Verification: Players can independently verify the outcome by using the revealed Server Seed, Client Seed, and Nonce with a cryptographic hash function to confirm that the result matches the recorded outcome. This “Provably Fair” system ensures transparency and prevents retroactive manipulation by the Platform.
Use Case: Primarily used for Games requiring high efficiency, such as those with frequent rounds or off-chain balance updates.
Blockchain-Based Decentralized Randomness Generation and Verification:
Process: This method utilizes on-chain randomness sources, such as decentralized oracles (e.g., Pyth Network) or verifiable random functions (VRFs), to generate random numbers directly on the Sui blockchain. The randomness may incorporate user-specific inputs, such as the Player’s wallet address, bet amount, or token type, to ensure uniqueness.
Verification: The generated randomness and its cryptographic proof are recorded on the Sui blockchain, allowing Players to independently verify the outcome using tools provided by the Platform, such as the "Jackson Decoder". The Decoder enables Players to confirm that the randomness was generated specifically for their game round and was not altered.
Use Case: Used for scenarios requiring maximum transparency, such as high-stakes Games or on-chain settlements.
8.3 Selection of Fairness Method
We reserve the right to select the most appropriate fairness mechanism for each Game based on factors such as performance, cost, user experience, and regulatory requirements. The method used for each Game will be clearly disclosed in the Game rules or related documentation to ensure transparency. You acknowledge that both methods are designed to provide verifiable fairness, and your participation in a Game constitutes acceptance of the fairness mechanism employed for that Game.
8.4 Fairness Fee
To support the infrastructure and operations necessary for ensuring fairness, we charge a 3% Fairness Fee on all Game interactions. This fee may be applied to bets placed, winnings received, or other interaction points, as specified in the Game rules, and is deducted automatically by the smart contract or Platform systems. The Fairness Fee covers costs such as:
Operation and maintenance of RNG systems, including server-based and on-chain solutions.
Integration of decentralized oracles and VRFs for blockchain-based randomness.
Independent audits of fairness mechanisms and smart contracts to ensure compliance and integrity.
General Platform operations related to fairness, such as monitoring, verification tools, and user support.
We may adjust the Fairness Fee prospectively at our discretion, with or without prior notice, as outlined in Section 2.2 (Changes to Services). Any changes will be communicated through the Platform interface, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated fee.
8.5 Transparency and User Verification Tools
To promote transparency and enable user verification, we provide tools and information for Players to independently confirm the fairness of game outcomes. These include:
Blockchain Records: For Games using on-chain randomness, all relevant data, including randomness inputs, outputs, and cryptographic proofs, are recorded on the Sui blockchain and can be accessed via a blockchain explorer.
Hash and Seed Details: For Games using the Provably Fair system, we provide the Server Seed hash before the game round and reveal the Server Seed after the round, along with the Client Seed and Nonce, for verification.
Jackson Decoder: A dedicated tool that allows Players to input game-specific data (e.g., seeds, transaction IDs) to verify that the randomness used in their game round was generated fairly and matches the recorded outcome.
Instructions for using these tools are available on the Platform, and you are encouraged to verify outcomes to ensure confidence in the fairness of the Games.
8.6 Handling of Errors or Interruptions
In the rare event of a fairness mechanism failure, network interruption, or other issue that prevents a Game round from completing as intended, the following applies:
Uncompletable Rounds: If a Game round cannot be completed due to a Platform error (e.g., a smart contract bug or server outage), the round may be voided, and any bets placed will be refunded to your contract balance.
Post-Facto Errors: If an error affecting fairness is discovered after a round has been completed (e.g., a flaw in the RNG system), we will investigate the issue upon notification. If the error is verified, we may void the affected rounds, refund bets, or offer alternative remedies at our sole discretion, such as crediting equivalent rewards.
Limitation of Remedies: Any remedies provided are at our discretion and may be limited to a refund of the bet amount to your contract balance. We are not obligated to provide additional compensation, and our liability is capped as per Section 13 (Limitation of Liability).
We are not responsible for errors or interruptions caused by factors outside our control, such as Sui network failures, user device issues, or internet connectivity problems, and no refunds or remedies will be provided in such cases unless required by law.
8.7 No Manual Intervention in Games
Our personnel, affiliates, or agents cannot intervene in ongoing Games or alter determined outcomes. All game outcomes are generated and settled automatically by smart contracts or the RNG systems described above, ensuring impartiality. Any attempt by our personnel to manipulate outcomes would constitute a breach of our internal policies and applicable laws, and we will take appropriate action, including investigation and termination of involved parties, to maintain the integrity of the Platform.
8.8 Independent Audits and Certifications
To further ensure the fairness and integrity of our Games, we may engage reputable third-party security firms to conduct independent audits of our fairness mechanisms, RNG systems, and smart contracts. These audits verify that our systems operate as intended, comply with industry standards, and provide unbiased outcomes. Summaries or certificates of these audits may be published on our website or made available upon request to provide transparency to our users. However, we are not obligated to disclose full audit reports, and any such disclosures are at our sole discretion.

You agree to resolve such disputes directly with the relevant party and not to involve us, except as required by law.
15. Indemnification
15.1 Your Agreement to Indemnify
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jackson.io Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal costs) arising out of or relating to:
Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
Your use or misuse of the Platform, including but not limited to your participation in Games, staking as a Liquidity Provider, or submission of Contributions.
Your illegal, fraudulent, or wrongful conduct, such as money laundering, hacking, or using the Platform for prohibited purposes.
Any content you post or transmit through the Platform, including Contributions, community posts, or other user-generated content, that violates these Terms or infringes on the rights of others.
Any disputes or claims between you and other users or third parties arising from your use of the Platform, such as disputes over game outcomes or staking activities.
15.2 Procedure
We will promptly notify you in writing of any claim for which we seek indemnification under this section, and you will have the right to assume control of the defense and settlement of such claim, provided that:
You use qualified legal counsel reasonably acceptable to us.
You keep us informed of the status of the claim and consult with us on any settlement that may affect our rights or obligations.
We may participate in the defense of the claim with counsel of our own choosing at our own expense.
If you fail to assume the defense of the claim within a reasonable timeframe, or if we determine in our sole discretion that your defense is inadequate, we may assume control of the defense and settlement, and you will reimburse us for all associated costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees.
15.3 Continuing Obligation
Your indemnification obligation under this section survives the termination of your use of the Platform or the termination of these Terms, and it applies to any claims arising from your past use of the Platform.
15.4 Additional Liability
We may recover reasonable legal costs and expenses incurred in enforcing this indemnification obligation, including costs associated with investigating claims, pursuing legal action, or enforcing settlements. You agree to cooperate fully with us in the defense of any indemnified claims, including by providing requested information and testimony.
16. Suspension and Termination
16.1 Voluntary Termination by You
You may cease using the Platform at any time at your discretion by disconnecting your wallet, withdrawing any funds held within platform smart contracts (subject to the processes outlined in Sections 4 and 7), and discontinuing access to the Platform. Voluntary termination does not relieve you of any obligations under these Terms, such as payment of fees, compliance with applicable laws, or indemnification responsibilities, that arose prior to termination.
16.2 Suspension or Restriction by Jackson.io
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, with or without notice, under the following circumstances:
Violation of Terms: If we reasonably suspect that you have violated these Terms, including engaging in prohibited conduct (Section 11), failing to comply with eligibility requirements (Section 3), or engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Risk Mitigation: If we determine that your account or activities pose a risk to the Platform, its users, or its operations, such as suspected hacking, unauthorized access, or exploitation of vulnerabilities.
Security or Maintenance: If suspension is necessary to protect the Platform’s security, perform maintenance, or address technical issues, such as patching smart contract vulnerabilities or responding to network attacks.
Legal or Regulatory Requirements: If suspension is required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or orders from law enforcement or regulatory authorities, such as freezing assets in response to a sanctions violation.
Investigation: During an investigation into suspected misconduct, illegal activity, or security concerns, to prevent further harm while the investigation is ongoing.
During a suspension, you may be unable to access certain features, place bets, stake or unstake assets, or withdraw funds, but we will generally allow you to withdraw your funds once the suspension is lifted, unless the funds are subject to forfeiture due to illegal activity or legal requirements.
16.3 Termination by Jackson.io
We may terminate your access to the Platform entirely, with or without notice, under the following circumstances:
Serious Breaches: If you commit a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, such as engaging in illegal activities, persistent prohibited conduct, or failure to cooperate with compliance investigations.
Unlawful Conduct: If we determine that your use of the Platform violates applicable laws or regulations, such as using the Platform for money laundering or operating in a prohibited jurisdiction.
Prolonged Inactivity: If your account remains inactive for an extended period (e.g., 12 months or more), we may terminate your access to free up resources, provided that we attempt to notify you in advance.
Platform Discontinuation: If we decide to discontinue the Platform or specific services entirely, as outlined in Section 16.5.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending bets may be voided or settled at our discretion, and any funds held in the JacksonLP pool or game balance smart contracts will generally remain accessible for withdrawal, subject to the processes in Sections 4 and 7, unless they are deemed illicit or subject to legal restrictions.
16.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your access, the following applies:
Cessation of Rights: All rights granted to you under these Terms, including the right to participate as a Player, Liquidity Provider, or Contributor, terminate immediately.
Handling of Funds: We will generally allow you to withdraw any remaining funds held within platform smart contracts, subject to the withdrawal processes and any applicable fees, unless the funds are deemed illicit, frozen due to legal requirements, or otherwise restricted as part of an investigation or regulatory action.
Surviving Obligations: Obligations and provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination—such as those related to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution—will continue to apply to you and us.
We reserve the right to retain records of your account and activities as required by law or for our legitimate business purposes, such as audit trails, compliance with regulatory requirements, or defense against legal claims.
16.5 Platform Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue the Platform or any of its services entirely at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if feasible under the circumstances. Reasons for discontinuation may include business decisions, regulatory changes, technical challenges, or financial considerations. If we decide to discontinue the Platform, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice through the Platform interface, email, or our official X account (@jackson_app), allowing you sufficient time to withdraw your funds. However, in emergency situations (e.g., critical security threats or regulatory mandates), we may discontinue services immediately without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the discontinuation of the Platform, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
16.6 No Liability for Termination
We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences incurred by you as a result of suspension, restriction, or termination of your access to the Platform, or the discontinuation of the Platform itself, except as expressly provided in these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, losses due to inability to access funds during a suspension, voided bets, or changes in the value of staked assets.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The choice of British Virgin Islands law reflects the jurisdiction of Jackson.io Limited’s incorporation and provides a stable legal framework for resolving disputes in a neutral and internationally recognized jurisdiction.
17.2 Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the British Virgin Islands. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objection to such venue on the grounds of inconvenience, forum non conveniens, or any other basis. This exclusive jurisdiction clause ensures that all disputes are resolved in a single, predictable legal forum, reducing the risk of conflicting judgments or jurisdictional disputes.
17.3 Forum for Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any disputes with us amicably through good-faith negotiations. You may contact us at support@jackson.io to initiate such discussions, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns within thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may proceed to formal legal action in the courts of the British Virgin Islands, as specified in Section 17.2. This requirement for amicable resolution does not apply to emergency situations, such as requests for injunctive relief to prevent irreparable harm (e.g., intellectual property infringement or security threats).
17.4 Service of Process
You agree to accept service of process for any legal action via email to the address associated with your account (if applicable), via Platform notification, or through other reasonable means as specified in these Terms. If you are required to serve legal notice on us, you must send it to our registered office at Mandar House, 3rd Floor, Johnson's Ghut, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, with a copy emailed to support@jackson.io. Service of process via these methods is deemed effective upon delivery, and you waive any objection to the method of service.
17.5 Sovereign Immunity and Doctrines
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (UN CISG) does not apply to these Terms, as the Platform involves services and digital assets rather than goods. If you are a governmental entity or sovereign state, you waive any claim of sovereign immunity that may apply to disputes arising under these Terms, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and agree to be subject to the jurisdiction and governing law specified in this section.
17.6 Exclusivity of Jurisdiction Clause
The jurisdiction clause specifying the British Virgin Islands as the exclusive forum for disputes is binding and enforceable. You acknowledge that this clause is a material term of these Terms, and you waive any right to challenge its validity or enforceability, except as required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
18. Miscellaneous
18.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies, guidelines, or rules referenced herein (e.g., Privacy Policy, Game rules), constitute the entire agreement between you and Jackson.io Limited with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, or communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms. Any additional terms or conditions you propose (e.g., through purchase orders or other documentation) are expressly rejected unless we agree to them in writing.
18.2 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right, provision, or obligation under these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of such right, provision, or obligation, nor does it affect our ability to enforce it in the future. Any waiver of our rights must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Jackson.io Limited to be effective. A single or partial exercise of any right does not preclude any other or further exercise of that right or any other right.
18.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in one jurisdiction shall not affect its validity or enforceability in any other jurisdiction.
18.4 Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to any third party without our prior written consent, which may be withheld at our sole discretion. Any attempted assignment without our consent is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms. We may freely assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, successor, or third party, with or without notice to you, such as in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
18.5 Relationship of Parties
You and Jackson.io Limited are independent contractors, and nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between us. You have no authority to act on our behalf, bind us to any obligation, or represent us in any capacity, and you agree not to hold yourself out as our partner, agent, or employee. You are solely responsible for your actions and decisions on the Platform, and we are not liable for any obligations you incur as a result of your use.
18.6 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes), war, terrorism, riots, government actions, internet or network failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or pandemics (collectively, "Force Majeure Events"). In the event of a Force Majeure Event, our performance obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable. If the event persists for more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate these Terms with written notice, subject to the provisions in Section 16 (Suspension and Termination).
18.7 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are intended solely for the benefit of you and Jackson.io Limited, and they do not confer any rights, benefits, or remedies on any third party, except for the Indemnified Parties specified in Section 15 (Indemnification). No third party may enforce any provision of these Terms, except as expressly provided herein or as required by applicable law.
18.8 Notices
We may provide notices to you under these Terms via email to the address associated with your account (if applicable), through Platform notifications, or by posting updates on our website or official X account (@jackson_app). Notices sent via email or Platform notifications are deemed received upon transmission, and notices posted on our website or X account are deemed received upon posting. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information is accurate and up to date. If you need to send legal notices to us, you must do so in writing to our registered office at Mandar House, 3rd Floor, Johnson's Ghut, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, with a copy emailed to support@jackson.io. Notices sent to us are deemed received upon actual receipt by us.
18.9 Language
The English language version of these Terms governs your relationship with Jackson.io Limited, and it shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any translated versions. Any translations of these Terms into other languages are provided for convenience only and do not alter the meaning or intent of the English version. All communications, disputes, and legal proceedings under these Terms shall be conducted in English, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
18.10 Headings and Interpretation
The headings and subheadings in these Terms are for convenience and reference only and do not affect the interpretation or construction of any provision. The term "including" as used in these Terms means "including without limitation" and does not limit the scope of the provision to the examples provided. References to sections, subsections, or exhibits are to those within these Terms unless otherwise specified. Words in the singular include the plural, and vice versa, where the context requires.
18.11 Survival
Sections of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination or expiration of your use of the Platform will continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 3 (Eligibility and Compliance), 4 (Account and Wallet Management), 5 (Nature of the Platform and Services), 6 (Player Participation and Game Rules), 7 (Liquidity Provider Participation), 8 (Fairness and Randomness Verification), 9 (Contributor Participation), 10 (Fees and Expenses), 11 (Prohibited Uses and Conduct), 12 (Assumption of Risk), 13 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 14 (Limitation of Liability), 15 (Indemnification), 16 (Suspension and Termination), 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction), and 18 (Miscellaneous).
